Return & Refund Policy – Cino Ceylon 

At Cino Ceylon, we work hard to provide high-quality, fresh spices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Perishable Goods

Since spices are food items, they are considered perishable goods.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received the wrong item,

  • The package arrived damaged,

  • The product was defective,

  • Or the items arrived expired.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A request must be made within 7 days of delivery.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at cinoceylonltd@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if required).

  3. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refund processing time is usually 5–10 business days.

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-refundable items:

  • Opened or used spice products

  • Items purchased on clearance or discount

  • Gift cards and promotional items


5. Replacements

If your item was damaged or incorrect, we can offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A store credit, depending on your preference.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


7. Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
