1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within Sri Lanka / Your Country):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (optional): 1–3 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days

  • Rates vary by destination and order weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.


3. Packaging & Freshness

  • All spices are packed in sealed, food-grade packaging to preserve freshness.

  • Fragile or bulk items may receive additional protective packaging.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier issues.

  • We will assist you if there are unexpected delays, but we cannot guarantee courier timelines.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours, including photos.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
